About Bill Reed

Bill Reed began his career in 2008 as a team manager at Alorica in Sioux City, Iowa, leading a 14-person customer service team supporting AT&T wireless customers. His team was among the organization's top performers in customer satisfaction scores. In 2014, he moved into the tire industry as an account manager at Tire Associates in Sioux City, building wholesale dealer relationships across Iowa and Nebraska. In 2017, he joined Eastern Iowa Tire in Des Moines, where he managed commercial accounts across Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska, including large fleet customers such as PepsiCo. From 2018 to 2022, Reed worked for Sumitomo Rubber North America as a brand field specialist and trainer for the Falken and Dunlop tire brands in Iowa and Minnesota. He opened more than 500 new dealer accounts during that time and trained new field specialists. He ranked third nationally for new dealer acquisition in 2020, and in 2021 he ranked first nationally for new Falken Associate dealer sign-ups. From 2022 to 2026, he brought that expertise to U.S. AutoForce, supporting dealers across more than 30 brands and achieving over 5% year-over-year territory growth in his current market and over 10% growth in a previous territory.

Bill Reed was born on May 19, 1983, in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Bonnie and Gordon Reed. His father is a native of Grinnell, Iowa, and his mother is originally from Detroit, Michigan. He was born a fraternal twin, alongside his sister Rachael, and has an older sister, Aubrey Dana. Growing up, the family moved frequently due to his parents' careers. He attended elementary school in Grinnell, Iowa, before the family moved to Nebraska, where he attended Horizon Middle School in Kearney. He later moved to Michigan and attended Lansing Christian School in Lansing.
